Welcome to this comfortable apartment in Costa Adeje, ideal for up to 3 guests.
It is located within a tranquil and well-maintained complex, where the outdoor area invites relaxation: a communal chlorine swimming pool, 5 x 5 metres and 1.4 metres deep, surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas, ideal for leisurely sunbathing. The complex also features an outdoor shower, as well as tennis and basketball courts.
The apartment has a furnished private terrace that becomes your favourite spot: perfect for having breakfast with ocean views or spending the afternoon with the sea breeze as company.
Inside, everything is designed with good taste and a cheerful atmosphere. The living-dining room, charming and comfortable, incorporates satellite television and WiFi so you feel at home. The kitchen, equipped with an electric hob, Italian coffee maker, microwave and complete kitchenware, allows you to prepare your favourite meal.
The rest area is divided into two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with a single bed, perfect for families. The private bathroom has a shower.
You can park on the street. The location is a plus: you are just 1.5 km from Fañabé beach, one of the most pleasant in Costa Adeje, known for its light sand, relaxed atmosphere and seafront promenade full of restaurants and small boutiques. Costa Adeje in general stands out for its mild climate all year round, its accessible coves, its elegant commercial areas and a gastronomic offer that combines local cuisine with international proposals.

The kitchen oven currently cannot be used.
Important: as required by law, we must request copies of the ID cards or passports of all guests over 16 years old. This information is sent by email.
Quiet hours: 11 pm to 9 am. We kindly ask you to respect the neighbours.
