Description
Warmly welcome to Can Prom, a small oasis in the midst of nature and tranquillity. The accommodation is suitable for couples or solo travellers.
Those who enjoy living in the countryside, surrounded by nature and animals, are in exactly the right place. Here you can recover from everyday stress and enjoy the Mallorcan country life. A car is necessary and you can park for free and safely outdoors.
The apartment offers 1 comfortable bedroom with a double bed as well as a full bathroom with shower. The open kitchen is well equipped and features an induction hob, coffee machine and microwave. An iron and ironing board are available upon request.
On the private terrace with panoramic views of the gentle hills of the surrounding area, you can let your soul dangle on one of the sun loungers.
The dream beaches of the north, including Playa de Muro and Can Picafort, can be reached in approximately 10 minutes by car. Cyclists and hikers enjoy numerous hiking trails in spring, for example in the Albufera nature park or the Son Real beach trail. In Can Picafort you will find everything you need for your holiday, numerous restaurants, supermarkets, petrol stations and a lovely beach promenade for walks.
The owners live in the lower floor of the house and offer personal care upon request, whilst always respecting the guests' privacy.
Important:
The accommodation is located in nature and there are birds, insects, bees, etc. In the surrounding area there are farmers who cultivate their fields.
It is not permitted to hold parties.
On the Balearic Islands, there is a tourism tax called Ecotasa, which must be paid by every guest aged 16 and over per night. The amount is €2.20 per night and person during peak season and €0.55 per night and person during low season. From the ninth night onwards and only during peak season, this amount is halved. The Ecotasa is collected before arrival via Visa/MasterCard card through a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory.
Important: As legally required, we must request copies of identity cards or passports for all guests over 14 years of age. This information will be sent by email.
The deposit is held via credit card and the customer must provide their details through a secure payment link. It will be returned within 7 days after departure.
