Designed to meet all your needs, the kitchen includes an induction hob, dishwasher, Dolçe Gusto coffee maker, blender, washing machine and all necessary utensils. It has air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms, flat-screen television and WiFi connection.
For families with babies, we provide a cot and high chair upon prior request at no additional cost.
Located on the traditional Calle Feria, the apartment places you in one of the neighbourhoods with the most character and history in the city. A short walk away you can admire the contrast between the avant-garde architecture of Las Setas (with its 360° panoramic viewpoint) and the majesty of the Giralda and the Cathedral.
The Feria neighbourhood is famous for its local atmosphere, its gastronomic market and its unrivalled offer of traditional tapas in historic bars where you can taste the best Andalusian cuisine. As this is a pedestrian street protected within the historic centre, it is not possible to park directly on the street.
Nearest public car park:
Plaza de la Encarnación / Las Setas Car Park: Located just 5 minutes' walk from the property. It is a covered car park open 24 hours.
Public transport and access:
EA Line (Special Airport): Direct bus from the airport terminal to the city centre and Santa Justa train station.
C3 / C4 Lines (Circular): They border the historic quarter and have a stop right at the entrance to the neighbourhood (Resolana / Feria Stop).
Things to bear in mind:
It is a lively neighbourhood in the heart of Seville; it is not a quiet place.
It is a second floor with no lift.
As required by law, we need to ask for copies of the ID cards or passports of all guests over 16 years old. We will send you a link before you arrive to register.
The deposit will be retained via a credit card and the customer will need to provide their details through a secure payment link. It will be returned within 7 days after checkout.
