Cosy farmhouse in the northern area of Mallorca.
Capacity for 4 people.
There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor. Fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table that connects to the living room, which has comfortable furniture and satellite TV. There are 2 bathrooms, one on each floor.
The house is air-conditioned with air conditioning and for the winter months there is a pellet stove.
Magnificent and charming outdoor area. Fenced pool of 3x5 metres, play area with swings, ping pong table and toys at your disposal, comfortable outdoor furniture, barbecue and sun loungers.
IMPORTANT:
- All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed via WhatsApp, outside the platform.
- All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity and air conditioning: 25 kW per day included, after 0.38 Eur/kW according to consumption.
- Pellet bag 10.00 Eur.
- A refundable deposit will be charged.
- Parties are not allowed.
- To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.
- Please note that the gardener accesses the outdoor area one or more times per week for garden and pool maintenance.

We stayed at the property with my parents in law, brother in law and our baby girl.
The hosts were wonderful, the house was as advertised and the surrounding area was beautiful. Ideal if you're looking for a quiet break.
The beach is only 10 minusee more

Man musste den Müll zu einer Müllstelle ca 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt bringen. Es gab eine Mappe mit einer Beschreibung in der Unterkunft in der aber keine Öffnungszeiten etc erwähnt wurden. Nachdem wir einmal ausserhalb der Öffnungszeiten dortsee more

Nachdem wir einmal ausserhalb der Öffnungszeiten dort waren und alles verschlossen war, konnten wir beim zweiten Mal wieder nicht rein da man eine Schlüsselkarte für das Tor brauchte. Diese wurde nicht in der Infomappe erwähnt und uns dann erst nachher auf Anfrage vom Vermieter zur Verfügung gestellt! Das war etwas nervig, auch weil der Müll bei der Hitze gestunken hat.

Für Familien mit Kindern ein ruhiges Fleckchen! Bei kleinen Kindern Vorsicht mit der Steintreppe. Aber ansonsten empfehl
