Description
Agroturismo Son Flo is a small paradise in the north of Mallorca, just a few kilometres from the beaches of Alcúdia bay.
The property is surrounded by fields and mountains of Santa Margalida and offers gardens, 2 swimming pools, communal terraces and quiet corners to enjoy nature. In total, the property has 9 accommodation units that share the two swimming pools.
The Begonia apartment is ideal for 2 guests and features a furnished terrace with panoramic views of the landscape. The bedroom with 2 beds has air conditioning and views to the outside. The private bathroom has a shower and hairdryer. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, ceramic hob, microwave, cooking utensils and crockery.
The apartment has air conditioning in the living area, Smart-TV, WiFi and satellite TV. A cot and high chair are available upon request.
The two chlorinated water swimming pools are 10 x 5 metres and have a depth between 0.70 metres and 1.5 metres. Free parking is available. Towels are changed every 3 days. If you arrive early, you can leave your luggage.
Here you can enjoy authentic Mallorca in a peaceful and family-friendly setting. 10 km away you will find the coast and the beaches of Can Picafort and Playa de Muro. On Tuesdays and Saturdays the weekly market is held in the town square of Santa Margalida. In Can Picafort you will find restaurants, supermarkets, petrol stations, as well as a seafront promenade with bars and shops.

A supplement of from 80 € will be applied in the following cases:
Extraordinary cleaning or accumulated rubbish: if the property is left in a state of excessive dirt or with accumulated rubbish.
Breach of checkout time: departures after the established time without prior written authorisation from the host.
Occupancy and events: celebration of unauthorised parties or accommodation of persons not registered in the booking.
Damage and misuse: breakages, damage or misuse of facilities, appliances or equipment.
In this case, the amount will be calculated according to the cost of repair or replacement.
Important:
In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called ecotasa, which must be paid by each guest aged 16 and over. The amount is EUR 2.2 per night and person in high season and EUR 0.55 per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half.
As established by law, we must request copies of identity documents or passports from all guests aged 14 and over. This information will be sent by email.
