Ca Se Predine has capacity for four guests and is located in the old walled city of Alcúdia. This city is not only famous for its Roman ruins, but also for its twice weekly market.
The property has been extraordinarily modernised and offers unique and original accommodation.
There is a charming entrance hall with a vaulted ceiling and an open staircase.
The living room is eclectically furnished with traditional pieces.
From the living room there is access to a charming courtyard.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and also has access to the patio.
There are two generous bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed and the second one has two single beds. Both offer ample closet space.
The bedrooms have two bathrooms and there is also a toilet/WC.
Another living area with two sofa beds has access to a patio with sun beds.
This charming house is located in the heart of the old town of Alcudia, where restaurants, bars, boutiques, bakeries, supermarkets, etc. abound.
The famous beach resorts of Port Alcúdia and Port Pollensa are within easy reach by car.
The house is located in a family neighbourhood in the centre of Alcúdia, in a beautiful rural area.
The accommodation is equipped with: Terrace of 4 m², iron, safe, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, balcony, air conditioning (hot/cold), satellite TV (Languages: Spanish, English, German).
In the separate kitchen, is provided : electric hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, dishes, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster .
IMPORTANT:
- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge a tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity 10,00 €/night.
- A refundable deposit is charged.
- 1 cot + 1 highchair included in the price. Second set available for an additional cost of 40,00 € (cot 25,00 € + highchair 15,00 €).
