Charming holiday home with swimming pool and sea views.
The house is located about 250 m from the beach. From the balcony, there is a fantastic view.
The beautiful property is located in the small village of Betlem, about 5 kilometres behind Colonia de Sant Pere, where supermarkets and other commercial facilities can be found. The house, approximately elevated, offers a fantastic view of the sea and mountains. The beach is just 250 metres away.
Two bedrooms have been set up in the holiday home. One is equipped with a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom. In the second room, there are two single beds. This room connects to a living room with a sofa, which can also be used as a sofa bed. Another bathroom with a shower has been installed.
In addition to the fully equipped kitchen, there is also a spacious living-dining room. It has comfortable sofas, TV with DVD/CD player and internet connection. There is room for the whole group at the large dining table.
On the large roof terrace, with wonderful views, there are high-quality furnishings, and the outdoor barbecue for social barbecues is also located here.
On the terrace in front of the house, with direct views of the sea, comfortable seating furniture has been installed. There is a private pool 09x04 m long and other outdoor seating areas, as well as a ping-pong table and comfortable loungers on the soft lawn of the well-maintained garden with Mediterranean plants.

- All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.

- A refundable deposit will be charged.
- Parties are not allowed.
- To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.

Beautiful Villa Olivella is located in the picturesque village of Betlem and only 200 metres from the sea.
It is a cosy family house in 2 parts and is separated by a courtyard. In its outdoor area there is a swimming pool surrounded by a sun terrace with sea view, which borders with a small garden area. Inside there is the master bedroom en suite with air conditioning, the fully equipped kitchen and the bright living/dining room with panoramic windows. In the other wing of the house there are two more bedrooms, both with bathroom en suite and air conditioning.
Important
In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for every guest over 16 years of age.
Per day and person, the tax is
from 1 November to 30 April: 0,55 euros and
from 1 May to 31 October: 2,20 euros.
From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or cash. Payment is compulsory.
A welcome basket is provided with every booking. We provide all the information about the area (bars, restaurants, beaches, places of interest...) in an online guide so that you can make the most of your holiday.

Betlem is located in the northeast of the island and is still an insider tip for many island lovers. The place directly between the sea and the mountains is something very special on Mallorca with its location.
Nature lovers will find great hiking trails with breathtaking views in the large Llevant nature reserve, directly behind the village.
Of course, there is also a bakery in the village that is open all year round, as well as cafés and restaurants. Further shopping facilities such as supermarkets, a pharmacy and various restaurants can be found in the next village, Colonia de Sant Pere, which is about 4 km away. Sitting on the terrace and watching the sunset is an absolute joy! The area is lovely and quiet you can hear the birds and the sea. The warm welcome from the owner made us feel at home immediately. We are looking forward to returning to Villa Dragonera! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Gigantisch ist der Blick über die gesamte Bucht von Alcudia von der Dachterrasse aus wo man auch grillen kann. Eine der vier Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten im Garten ist die große Terrasse vor dem Wohnzimmer mit gigantischer Sitz Lounge. Je nach Gusto findet man ausreichend Schatten und ausreichend Sonne auf dem Anwesen. Wir haben tatsächlich keinerlei Kritikpunkte, alles war perfekt und der Gastgeber war sehr hilfsbereit und gut zu erreichen
