Set 220 metres from the ocean and the sea promenade, this cozy house in Can Picafort can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests.
The village of Can Picafort is in the beautiful north of Mallorca and its fine grained sand beach makes it perfect for spending holidays with the whole family. Supermarkets, restaurants, bars, shops and the bus stops are in walking distance. Visitors mostly spend their time on the beaches of Can Picafort, Playa de Muro or Puerto de Alcúdia, all with fine, white sand.
The house features a furnished terrace where you may enjoy great al fresco dining with friends and family. There’s a rooftop terrace on the first floor, which sizes 100 m2 but is not furnished. The living-dining room with air conditioning and satellite-Tv is perfect to spend a lazy afternoon. Next to it, there’s the patio with washing machine. The fully-equipped kitchen includes an induction hob, dishwasher, filter and nespresso coffee maker. This house offers 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds each and one bedroom with a bunk bed; 3 of them with air conditioning. There are 2 shower bathrooms, a hair dryer, a cot and high chair on request and fast Wifi.

There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. Lovely terraced, 3-storey house, ideal for beach holidays. There are 4 bedrooms and a living area with air conditioning. The living-dining room, kitchen and a bathroom are on the ground floor. 3 bedrooms and another bathroom are on the 1st floor and the fourth bedroom with terrace is on the second floor. You have access to a garage with shower bath, washing machine, iron and ironing board. A cot/high chair are on request. A car isn’t necessary as all important services are nearby and can be reached by foot.
You can visit the Alcúdia market (each Sunday and Tuesday), Cap Formentor lighthouse and the beach of Formentor, the Caves of Campanet, S'Albufera natural park or the beautiful beach of Playa de Muro. A car is not necessary as restaurants, supermarkets and shops are in walking distance. The fine grained sand beach is just a few minutes walking from the house.
