YourHouse Villa Xavier, a charming chalet with capacity for 5 guests, where you can relax and enjoy the few metres that place it near the beach of Can Picafort and Palayas de Muro.
This chalet is located 3 minutes walking from the beach and is perfect for enjoying unforgettable holidays of sun and sea. Can Picafort offers various catering, shopping and leisure services for both adults and children. In addition to the fine sandy beach that extends several kilometres to Puerto de Alcúdia, Can Picafort is situated between two natural parks, S'Albufera and Son Real, so you can enjoy activities such as hiking or Nordic walking, horse rides through dune forests and pine woods. We also recommend visiting the old town of Alcúdia or playing golf in l'Alcanada.
The house is surrounded by a large terrace that goes around the entire corner and also has a charming private terrace for sunbathing on loungers or enjoying an exquisite dinner outdoors. In the air-conditioned living-dining room, there is a sofa and four armchairs, satellite TV and WiFi connection. The fireplace is decorative and cannot be used.
The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge and complete kitchenware to cook during your stay.
To rest, there are two bedrooms with a double bed of 150 cm, air conditioning, wardrobes, and drawers. The other bedroom has 1 single bed of 90 cm and a fan. The house has two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, and also has an exterior toilet. Washing machine, iron/ironing board, cot, and high chair complete the equipment.
To be taken into account:
No pets or events are allowed.
In the Balearic Islands, there is a tourist tax called Ecotasa, which must be paid for each guest aged 16 and over. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, and only during the high season, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa will be charged before arrival through a Visa / MasterCard with a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory.
Important: as required by law, we must request copies of the ID cards or passports of all guests over 16 years old.

This attractive house is located in the popular holiday resort of Can Picafort and is just a few minutes' walk from the wonderful beach. Supermarkets, restaurants and many shopping possibilities are also nearby.
The holiday home is equipped with 3 bedrooms (one with a double bed and two others with 2 single beds each), which are all on the upper floor and two bathrooms with WC and shower, one of them on the ground floor and the second on the upper floor. The holiday home has capacity for 5 people.

Welcome to this cozy apartment with terrace, where 6 guests find a place for vacations near the beach of Can Picafort.
The whole apartment is only for our guests.
Yourhouse team is here to help you. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and weekends / holidays from 08 a.m. to 4 p.m. We have a 24-hour telephone if you have any emergency.
A 5 minute walk you reach the sandy beach and the promenade with many restaurants, bars and shops. If you like the sea, you can rent a boat in the port and explore the coves of the northern area, such as Betlem, Son Serra de Marina or Sa Canova. The beach of Can Picafort is fine sand and offers sun beds and umbrellas. By bus you can go to the old town of Alcúdia or Pollença and if you rent a bicycle, you can visit the natural park of S'Albufera.
A car is not necessary. We can arrange a transfer from the airport to the apartment.
