There is a fully equipped kitchen.
Central heating is available throughout the house.
There is a total of 4 bedrooms. 2 with twin beds and 2 with double beds. On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms and 1 shower room. The other two bedrooms and two bathrooms with bathtubs, 1 en suite, are located on the first floor.
In the well-maintained outdoor area, there is a lovely 40 m2 furnished terrace that includes a barbecue, next to the 5x4 metre swimming pool with sun loungers.

In this holiday home, you will be able to enjoy perfect holidays
This charming village house with a unique view is located in the village of Muro. It is surrounded by a beautiful plot of 1,000 m² in a dream location, not far from long beaches and the Tramuntana mountain range. The house has a living area of approximately 400 m², is distributed over 2 floors and is prepared for 8 people. Upon entering, you access an imposing reception hall and from there to the other rooms. All of them are furnished with high-quality antique furniture in Mallorcan style. In the cosy living room you will find cable/satellite TV and a DVD player. On the ground floor there is also 1 of the 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The traditional Mallorcan kitchen offers you all the necessary comfort; it also has a dishwasher and washing machine. From here you also have access to the patio with a wonderful view of the rural surroundings of Mallorca.
On the upper floor there are 3 more bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 1 of them en suite. All bathrooms are equipped with separate bathtubs.
The highlight is the large greenhouse. Here life develops, you can eat, cook and relax with views of the pool. The pool is 4x8 metres, here there are also plenty of opportunities to lie comfortably and make your stay unforgettable moments.
The outdoor area is designed with great care and always offers something new to discover. There are many seating options, 1 fountain, many Mediterranean plants and cacti, and on the outdoor barbecue you can prepare fresh products bought at the market into a delicious Mediterranean meal and even season it with herbs planted in front of the barbecue. For sporting activities, there is a ping-pong table at your disposal. An ideal holiday home to spend holidays with family and friends.

L’extérieur est agréable avec tout le nécessaire pour les vacances (piscine, 6 bain de soleil, barbecue, machine à laver, sèche linge, boue gonflable et jouet de plage pour les enfants).A l’intérieur, nous avions a notre disposition à l’arrivée de boisson fraiche, de gâteau sucré et salé, d’un quart de pastèque et d’un melon. Une trousse de soin est également disponible.Nous avions également : serviettes pour les douches et serviettes pour la piscine. Le salon dispose d’une télé smart TV avec une chromecast. Des prises anti moustiques sont mises dans toutes les pieces.Le seul bémol : présence d’une clim dans le séjour et toutes les chambres sauf une chambre parentale. Il y a bien des ventilo mais cela ne donne pas la même chose.
