This dream villa suitable for families is located in the rural setting of the centre of the island, near the well-known vineyards and offers in its spacious 2000 m² property an internal children's park for the little guests and provides space for 8 people.
The spacious and luxurious house is distributed over 360 m² on two floors and features very high and bright rooms. The estate is furnished with care down to the smallest detail and perfectly equipped.
On the ground floor is the spacious living-dining room, the large fully equipped kitchen with dining area and access to the terrace, a bedroom and a guest bathroom. On the upper floor there are 4 spacious bedrooms, one of them with an en-suite bathroom, another is even equipped with a sauna and the third has a large open wardrobe. All rooms are very modern and furnished with great care.
It also has satellite TV and Internet/WLan. You will not lack anything in this fantastic house.
The well-maintained garden area offers the much-desired shade on hot days and the large swimming pool (10m x 5m) will delight you. Sun loungers are prepared for you and there is an outdoor barbecue.
Relaxation and above all tranquillity are guaranteed in this country house for 8 people with a swimming pool. Check it out for yourself!!!

- All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed via WhatsApp, outside the platform.
- All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.

This house has lots of space, a large kitchen and several bathrooms, and the outdoor area is simply amazing! Lovely pool, outdoor kitchen area, many sitting areas and playground. Ideal for families with small children!
