The cosy lounge is equipped with air conditioning, satellite television; ensuring comfort throughout the year.
The kitchen is fully equipped so that nothing is missing during your stay. It has a dishwasher, filter coffee machine, toaster, juicer for natural juices and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably, whether for a quiet breakfast on the terrace or a family dinner.
The exterior is one of its greatest attractions, its wide terrace where it will allow you to enjoy meals, meetings with friends and family outdoors, as well as pleasant evenings. It has a built-in barbecue, perfect for preparing meats and fish while sharing time with family. The private pool offers total privacy and has sunbeds to relax in the sun and an umbrella for those who prefer shade during the central hours of the day. As required by law, we will ask you to provide copies of your ID or passport before entering. Normally, this information is sent by email, no later than 2 weeks before your arrival.

The main entrance leads into the large living-dining room with integrated and fully equipped kitchen (with hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, etc.). In the living room are two comfortable sofas and an armchair in front of the TV. In the dining area is a large square table with seating for 8 people. From the spacious living-dining room you have direct access to the outdoor terrace with swimming pool.
To the right of the living room is a bedroom with two single beds with direct access to the terrace and the pool and a bathroom with bathtub. On the other side of the house are the other two bedrooms. One double bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The other bedroom has a double bed with en suite bathroom and also direct access to the terrace and pool.
At the back of the house is the beautiful infinity pool. Under the large covered terrace is a lovely dining table and a lawn area where the children can play. In addition, there are 6 sun loungers and a large sun umbrella in the pool area.
Next to the pool is a brick barbecue, as well as a toilet and an outside shower.
There is a private, covered parking space for several vehicles on the property.
