The kitchen is fully equipped so that nothing is missing during your stay. It has a dishwasher, filter coffee machine, toaster, juicer for natural juices and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably, whether for a quiet breakfast on the terrace or a family dinner.
The exterior is one of its greatest attractions, its wide terrace where it will allow you to enjoy meals, meetings with friends and family outdoors, as well as pleasant evenings. It has a built-in barbecue, perfect for preparing meats and fish while sharing time with family. The private pool offers total privacy and has sunbeds to relax in the sun and an umbrella for those who prefer shade during the central hours of the day. Finca Sa Vinya is a lovely new build one-storey property which was completed in 2017 and has 3 double bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 of these en suite, air conditioning, WiFi Internet connection and satellite television. The house has a stone façade and Majorcan-style shutters, giving the house a classical touch, though its interior is very modern and functional.
Entering the house via the front door we find a substantial living-dining room with integrated kitchen, fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, toaster etc. The living area has two attractive sofas, TV and dining table with an attractive lamp. This large living-dining area has direct access to the external terrace which is next to the swimming pool. To the right of the dining room we find the main bedroom with en suite bathroom and a terrace which overlooks the pool. On the other side of the house are the other two double bedrooms which have access to the terrace and shared bathroom, which has a bath.
To the rear of the house we find a lovely private pool with water feature next to a large covered terrace with a dining table and a lawned area ideal for children to play. In the pool area there are 6 hammocks and a large sunshade.
Next to the pool there is an adjacent zone containing a fantastic barbecue, lavatory and shower.
