While the villa offers a tranquil countryside setting, it is conveniently located just 10 kilometers away from the stunning sandy beaches of Cala D'or. Here, you can explore a wide range of leisure and tourism options, including boat rentals, supermarkets, vibrant nightlife, restaurants, and shops. For a taste of authentic Mediterranean charm, the town center of S'Alquería blanca is only 4.5 kilometers away. Immerse yourself in the local culture and experience the laid-back lifestyle of the region. Golf enthusiasts will also be delighted to discover that the prestigious Vall D'Or golf course is just 10.5 kilometers from the villa. To explore the surrounding area and make the most of your stay, a car is necessary.
As you step outside, you'll be greeted by a private oasis featuring a magnificent 10 x 5 meters chlorine pool. Take a refreshing dip or simply bask in the sun on one of the 8 comfortable sun loungers that surround the pool. If you prefer some shade, two parasols are provided.The villa boasts a spacious 100m2 furnished terrace with a barbecue area, perfect for outdoor dining and entertaining. Challenge your friends or family to a fun game of ping pong, and enjoy the beautiful views of the rolling green hills that stretch before you in complete tranquility. The lovely garden adds to the peaceful ambiance of the surroundings.
Inside the villa, you'll find four beautifully appointed bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning to ensure a comfortable stay. Two of the bedrooms feature two single beds each, while the other two offer a cozy double bed. Two of the bedrooms also come with en-suite bathrooms, providing extra convenience and privacy. In total, the villa offers 5 bathrooms, 3 with showers and 2 with bathtubs. Additionally, a cot and high chair can be provided upon request. The cozy living-dining room features air conditioning, a TV with satellite channels, and complimentary Wi-Fi. For your convenience, a washing machine, tumble dryer, and iron are also provided. The fully fitted kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with a filtro and Nespresso coffee machine, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, and utensils for all your cooking needs.

In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for each guest from 16 years old. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa will be charged prior to arrival by Visa / MasterCard with a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory.
Important: as required by law, we have to ask for copies of ID cards or passports of all guests over 14 years old. This information is sent by email.
The deposit will be held via credit card and the guest will have to provide their details via a secure payment link. It will be returned within 7 days after departure.
