On the flip side, a half-hour drive takes you to the coast, where dreamy beaches like Puerto de Alcúdia and Playa de Muro await.
The property features a private chlorine pool measuring 7.5 x 3.5 meters, with a depth ranging between 1 and 1.8 meters. An outdoor shower complements the poolside experience, while the sun terrace invites relaxation with tables, chairs, and four sun loungers. A dedicated picnic area features a fixed wood-burning barbecue, and a charming porch sets the stage for al fresco dining. Parking is convenient with space for up to 3 cars.
Upon entering, you'll find a comfortably appointed living-dining room and open country-style kitchen. The city offers a wide range of supermarkets, restaurants and cafés, as well as historical monuments such as the Church of Santa Maria la Major and the Convent of Sant Domingo. Not far from Inca is the Tramuntana mountain range, a UNESCO World Heritage Site famous for its impressive natural beauty and picturesque towns like Valldemossa and Sóller. The mountain range offers a wide variety of outdoor activities, such as hiking, cycling and climbing, making it a popular destination for nature and adventure lovers. The northern beaches, Can Picafort, Alcúdia and Playa de Muro are just 30 minutes by car. A car is necessary to explore the island and get around.
This beautiful villa has a private and fenced swimming pool of 8 x 4 metres, with a depth of 0.6 to 1.7 metres, perfect for taking a refreshing swim on hot days. The pool area is complemented by a barbecue area with seating, which will allow you to enjoy delicious meals with family and friends. The villa also has a beautiful garden with a hammock and a ping pong table, which offers entertainment for all ages. The porch offers a cosy living area with a table and chairs, where you can relax and enjoy the views. There is private parking outside.
Inside, the villa has a spacious living-dining room with an open kitchen equipped with a gas cooker, oven, fridge, kitchen utensils, filter coffee maker, Italian coffee maker and capsule coffee maker. The three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds, offer a ceiling fan each. The villa also has two full bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.
