Santanyí is a beautiful area located in the southeast of Mallorca. It is known for its stunning beaches, including Calo des Moro and Es Trenc. Calo des Moro is a small cove with crystal clear water and surrounded by cliffs. It's a great spot for swimming and snorkeling. Es Trenc, on the other hand, is a long stretch of white sand beach with turquoise waters. It's a popular destination for sunbathing and water sports. Both beaches are well worth a visit if you're in the area. Additionally, Santanyí has a charming town center with traditional Spanish architecture, local shops, and restaurants serving delicious Mediterranean cuisine. A car is necessary.
This holiday house is a perfect getaway for those who love to relax and have fun. It boasts a private chlorine pool with a size of 6 x 12 meters, a barbecue area with outdoor dining, 10 sun loungers, 1 parasol, an exterior shower, ping pong, and a tennis court. The well-kept garden adds to the beauty of the property. The furnished 50 m2 sized porch is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful surroundings.
Inside, you'll find a living dining area with a TV with satellite channels, Wifi, and air conditioning. The well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker, induction hob, oven, fridge, and much more. With five air-conditioned bedrooms, two with a double bed and three with two single beds, this house can accommodate up to 10 people. There are also five bathrooms, one with a shower and the others with a bathtub. For your convenience, there is a hairdryer, washing machine, iron, and ironing board. A cot and a high chair are available on request. Overall, this holiday house has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which must be paid by each guest over 16 years of age. The amount is 2,2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0,55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is halved. The Ecotasa will be charged before arrival by Visa / MasterCard with a secure payment link. This payment is compulsory.
Important: as required by law, we have to ask for copies of identity documents or passports of all guests over 14 years of age. This information is sent by email.
The deposit will be held via credit card and the client will have to provide their details via a secure payment link. It will be returned within 7 days after departure.
