The house is decorated with a mixture of modern and rustic style, with great taste and with care.
The living room is large and will amaze you with its sofa, satellite TV, wifi, designer lamps, Roof beams and a spectacular iron staircase...all with direct access to the terraces and swimming pool.
In the semi-open kitchen, you will find everything you need to prepare good meals.
On the ground floor, the common areas and a bedroom with a double bed, fan and wardrobe followed by a bathroom with shower. Going upstairs, you will find two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds; both decorated with care, they offer a wardrobe and a fan each. Next to them another bathroom.
The house works with solar panels and for the winter months it has two pellet fireplaces, one on the upper floor and the other on the ground floor.
Outside there are two semi-covered terraces with a table and chairs, ideal for having a drink or simply to put your mind at rest ...a barbacue, sun loungers...
The swimming pool of 10 m x 4.5 m is ideal for cooling and next to it the outside shower.
At night, the pool has lights in case You would like to swim
IMPORTANT:
- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge a tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.

We stayed here for a week in April and we absolutely had an amazing time. The house is perfect, spotless and has everything you would need- towels, blankets, bike helmets and 3 coffee machines! As it was bit cold during our stay we took advantage of see more
We stayed here for a week in April and we absolutely had an amazing time. The house is perfect, spotless and has everything you would need- towels, blankets, bike helmets and 3 coffee machines! As it was bit cold during our stay we took advantage of the stove fires on both levels of the house and it was perfectly warm. The owners are the nicest people and very helpful - every morning they delivered fresh bread and pasties to us, this was such a treat! It is about 20 minutes to walk to Ses Salines and some lovely choices for restaurants. We took the car most days and visited a different beach each day - never more than 15 mins drive! Loved the area and the house was really a dream.

The only small comment we had was the WiFi wasn’t very strong. It didn’t upset our stay in anyway - but I guess it could be improved.
