Just a few metres from the sea, this apartment with a terrace and natural light entrance in Can Picafort is ideal for 7 guests wishing to spend a holiday season with the comfort of their home.
Can Picafort, located in the north of the island of Mallorca, is famous for its fine white sandy beaches. With restaurants, bars and markets around the town, there will be no room for tiredness. Not only adults enjoy themselves, but also the youngest members of the family with parks along the promenade, as well as the attractions of the water park just a few kilometres away in Puerto de Alcudia.
The apartment features a terrace at the main entrance, and views of one of the quietest streets in the village, where you can enjoy an evening with family, having an exquisite dinner with fresh seafood and a glass of sparkling wine. Behind the glass and wooden door is the living room with a comfortable sofa, satellite TV and WiFi. The spacious and beautiful dining room next to the open kitchen, where you can prepare delicious dishes to share with family, is equipped with a ceramic hob, dishwasher and much more.
Inside, after going up a few steps, you will find 4 rooms, the first one with a double bed and wardrobe. Two rooms with 2 single beds each, and the fourth with 1 single bed. A bathroom with a bathtub next to the bedrooms and a toilet complete the facilities. A washing machine, iron, ironing board, and an air conditioning unit. A cot and a high chair are also provided.
To bear in mind:
In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which must be paid by each guest from 16 years of age. The amount is €2.2 per night and person in high season and €0.55 per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa will be charged before arrival via a Visa/MasterCard with a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory.
Important: as required by law, we need to ask you for copies of the ID cards or passports of all guests over 14 years of age. This information is sent by email.
No parties / events are accepted.
The deposit of 300 EUR will be retained through a credit card and the customer will have to provide their details through a secure payment link. It will be returned within 7 days after checkout.

Lovely terraced, 3-storey house, ideal for beach holidays. There are 4 bedrooms and a living area with air conditioning. The living-dining room, kitchen and a bathroom are on the ground floor. 3 bedrooms and another bathroom are on the 1st floor and the fourth bedroom with terrace is on the second floor. You have access to a garage with shower bath, washing machine, iron and ironing board. A cot/high chair are on request. A car isn’t necessary as all important services are nearby and can be reached by foot.
You can visit the Alcúdia market (each Sunday and Tuesday), Cap Formentor lighthouse and the beach of Formentor, the Caves of Campanet, S'Albufera natural park or the beautiful beach of Playa de Muro. A car is not necessary as restaurants, supermarkets and shops are in walking distance. The fine grained sand beach is just a few minutes walking from the house.
