This finca for 8 guests in the region of Santanyí is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the sun and the pool.
Santanyí is a village located on the southeast coast of Mallorca, Spain. It is known for its beautiful architecture and charming historic centre, as well as for its nearby beaches. Apart from that, there are all amenities, supermarkets, restaurants and bars. About 20 km away is Es Trenc, a white sandy beach with crystal clear waters. It is considered one of the most beautiful beaches of the island and is very popular. Caló des Moro is a small cove located on the southeast coast of Mallorca. It is known for its turquoise waters and its natural environment. Although it is a small beach, it is recommended due to its natural beauty. A car is necessary.
The 10x5 metre chlorine pool is perfect for cooling off on hot days. The garden is very well kept and has a barbecue and a furnished porch overlooking the garden, where you can enjoy al fresco meals. There are also 8 sun loungers and 2 parasols for relaxing in the sun. Guests can enjoy a game of table tennis or take an outdoor shower.
Inside the house, there is a dining room with satellite TV, free Wi-Fi and a comfortable sofa. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, induction hob, nespresso and oven, making meal preparation a breeze. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 with 1 double bed and two with 2 single beds, all with wardrobe and air conditioning. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with shower and hairdryer. In addition, there is another bathroom with bathtub that services the rest of the house.

Youth groups under 25 years are not permitted, except families with children.
In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which must be paid by each guest over 16 years of age. The amount is 2,2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0,55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is halved. The Ecotasa will be charged before arrival by Visa / MasterCard with a secure payment link. This payment is compulsory.
Important: as required by law, we have to ask for copies of identity documents or passports of all guests over 14 years of age. This information is sent by email.
The deposit will be held via credit card and the client will have to provide their details via a secure payment link. It will be returned within 7 days after departure.
